You will develop activities that foster purpose, familiarity, and moments of joy, tailored to each resident's interests and abilities.

This role involves daily resident engagement, organizing clubs, reviewing profiles to tailor activities, guiding volunteers, and ensuring quality documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
