Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and lead personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, including those with memory loss. You will organize activities, tailor programs to cognitive levels, and document participation to meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes meaningful engagement, daily routines, and collaboration with staff and volunteers to create purposeful moments for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
