Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for residents, especially those living with memory loss. You will develop Life Skills activities tailored to individual interests and abilities, and lead groups and enrichment clubs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
