Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, fostering purpose and dignity for those living with memory loss. You’ll organize engaging routines, lead groups, and tailor activities to individual needs, coordinating with staff and volunteers to support meaningful moments.

Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, documenting participation, and maintaining program supplies, with a focus on resident-centered care

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
