Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful activities for residents with memory loss. You will design personalized Life Skills experiences that foster purpose, familiarity, and dignity.

In this on-site role, you will engage residents daily, organize small groups and enrichment clubs, review ISP and resident profiles to tailor activities, and document participation to quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
