Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to craft personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, including those living with memory loss. You’ll design activities that foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments, guided by resident interests and abilities.

Daily engagement, organizing small groups, reviewing resident profiles, and maintaining program supplies are core duties. You’ll collaborate with staff and volunteers to support engagement and ensure dignified,

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
