Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to craft personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, including those with memory loss. You will design activities aligned with interests, guide daily routines, and run enrichment clubs to foster purpose and familiarity.

Qualifications

1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
Document participation per quality standards.
Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
