Greentree at Mount Vernon is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to lead our memory care programming and care services. You will supervise care staff, coordinate Life Enrichment activities, and partner with the Wellness Team to implement service plans for residents.

You will oversee training, family council events, and monthly Alzheimer’s or Lunch and Learn sessions, ensuring compassionate, compliant care while maintaining strong resident and family relationships in a vibrant community.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant related field experience.
• Ability to work with elders and families.
• Pass criminal background check and health requirements.
• Proficiency in English and good communication with residents and staff.

Aufgaben

• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate caregiver staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Plan and assign duties with Wellness Team and Administrator.
• Supervise daily activities and mentor staff on standards and practices.
• Coordinate housekeeping with the housekeeping department.
• Act as medication aide when needed.
• Complete new resident paperwork and audit charts for completeness.
• Schedule and facilitate quarterly service plan meetings with elders, families, and team.
