Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to oversee daily operations in the memory care area, in partnership with the Memory Care Director and Health and Wellness team. You will lead and evaluate resident activities and staff education, implementing the Embrace pillars to promote person-centered programming.

The role requires 1–3+ years in Alzheimer’s/Dementia care or related senior recreation management, an associate’s degree, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Level of Formal Education: Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Area of Study: Social Work, Recreation Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Years of Experience: 1-3+ years.
• Special Certifications: Activity Director Certified, Certified Dementia Practitioner, or Therapeutic Recreation Assistant.
• Language Skills: English fluency to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Embrace philosophy for residents, families, and staff.
• Lead and oversee Memory Care programs and activities (minimum 5–7 per day).
• Provide education and hands-on support to community staff with managers.
• Monitor and promote excellence in programming while maintaining satisfaction within budget.
