Job summary

Vitality is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead and develop engaging programs for residents living with dementia, while mentoring the memory care team to promote dignity and personalized care.

You will coordinate with Wellness and other departments to ensure high-quality, compassionate services and strong family communication. This role requires leadership, organizational excellence and adherence to relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be certified and licensed in Nursing or Social Work.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• 5 years of experience developing programs for individuals living with Alzheimer’s/dementia.
• 2-3 years of managerial experience with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead memory care team, coach and mentor staff to deliver dignified, person-centered care.
• Develop monthly engagement calendars and memory care programming aligned with Vitality standards.
• Collaborate with Wellness Director on resident care plans and life journals; participate in team meetings.
