Brookdale is seeking a Program Manager to lead dementia care initiatives across a senior living community in Statesville, NC. You will coach care associates, partner with leadership on training, and ensure person-centered programming and dining experiences for residents and families.

You’ll contribute to a supportive, wellness-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within Brookdale’s nationwide network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in gerontology, therapeutic recreation or related field.
• Minimum of three years of management and direct supervision experience.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s/dementias in a residential setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full implementation of resident and family engagement’s dementia care program and coach caregiver associates.
• Collaborate with leadership on dementia training, admissions and staff education.
• Plan and coordinate a calendar of dementia-friendly programs tailored to each resident’s needs.
