Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in North Carolina. The role requires a LNHA license and leads day-to-day operations for a large community, focusing on resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will create a strong business plan, grow occupancy and revenue, and collaborate with the district team to ensure high-quality care and services while mentoring department leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required (LNHA).
• Minimum of three years related operational leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Leads the day-to-day operations of a larger community of 60-65 units and two product lines, or 65-175 units with up to two product lines.
• Responsible for associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Creates and executes the business plan and develops the team to be a preferred senior living community, growing revenue and profitability in partnership with the district team.
