Job summary

Maplewood Senior Living in Twinsburg, OH, is seeking a Memory Care Director to oversee the dementia care program, lead memory care staff, and ensure the safety, well‑being, and comfort of residents. You will implement Maplewood standards and tailor service plans to individual needs.

Collaborating with department heads, families, and care teams, you will manage scheduling, coaching, and compliance within budget while maintaining excellence in memory care.

Qualifications

• Degree in social work, nursing, psychology, gerontology or therapeutic recreation or related field.
• Licensed Practical Nurse licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum 5 years direct dementia-related resident experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, schedules, supervises and evaluates memory care staff.
• Provides coaching and performance reviews for memory care associates.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and company standards.
• Oversees scheduling to match memory care needs within budget.
• Coordinates with family, residents and other departments to ensure high-quality care.
• Attends department head and memory care meetings and supports program operations.
