This role centers on residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, delivering person-centered care and meaningful daily routines.

The Director will shape exclusive memory care programming, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with families to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• CDP certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years leading Memory Care in dementia-focused setting.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee memory care programming tailored for residents with dementia.
• Develop individualized care plans to promote dignity and quality of life.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing memory care team.
