Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of dementia care theories and practices.

• Talent Trainer: ensure adherence to policies and regulations in onboarding and training.
• Program Pioneer: implement and manage Memory Care programs for residents' wellbeing.
• Curator of Care: manage personalized care needs and family expectations.
