Job summary

Pines of Newmarket, a Merrill Gardens memory care community, is seeking a Senior Living Memory Care Director to lead resident services, care planning, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes dignified, person-centered engagement for residents with dementia and close collaboration with families and staff.

As a director, you will manage staffing, budgets, training, and quality assurance to ensure exceptional care and a supportive work environment within our Montessori-Inspired memory care

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN or RN licensure as specified by state agency preferred.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification (or able to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Dementia care training as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements high standards for Garden House services.
• Works directly with residents to evaluate needs and services.
• Documents resident status in electronic care system and ensures services are billed accordingly.
• Guides move-in orientation and helps residents acclimate to the community.
• Maintains compliance with state rules and assisted living regulations.
• Provides coaching and leadership to team members and ensures staffing needs are met.
