Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking an experienced Resident Services/Wellness Director (LVN) to lead the clinical team and support residents in our Assisted Living community.

You will hire, train and coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver compassionate wellness services with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• LVN license in good standing.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum).
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.

What we need from you:

• LVN license in good standing. Preferred
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching and counseling.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
