Qualifications

• Experience working with memory care residents.
• Assisted Living experience preferred; LVN preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English (written and oral).
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• 1 year minimum management/supervising experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and counseling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs.
