Americare Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA / L1MA) to support Memory Care residents in Missouri. Administer medications under supervision, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment for memory-impaired residents.

You will collaborate with licensed staff, document accurately, monitor responses, and support families while ensuring safety and quality of life in a compassionate team setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medication Aide / Med Level One with Missouri certification.
• Active certification maintained in good standing.
• Willingness to complete Med Level One training at the community.

Responsabilidades

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision in accordance with Missouri regulations.
• Verify resident identity prior to administration and document dosage, time, and observations.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report adverse reactions promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Observe, record, and report resident care, conditions, concerns, and intake/output.
• Recognize and report changes in resident condition to charge staff.
• Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required.
• Support coworkers and perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Answer calls, greet visitors, and assist with tours as required.
