Job summary

Americare Senior Living is hiring a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA / L1MA) to support memory care residents in Missouri. Administer meds under supervision, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to a safe, home-like environment.

This role requires Missouri CMA certification, strong attention to safety, and good communication with families and staff. 2nd shift opportunities are available with full or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Completion of CMA/L1MA course with Missouri certification.
• Active certification maintained in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under supervision of licensed staff per Missouri regulations.
• Verify resident identity and document dosing times and observations.
• Monitor medication responses and report adverse effects.
• Assist residents with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Observe and report resident care and intake/output.
• Complete admissions, discharges and transfers as required.
• Support coworkers and participate in team care.
• Perform housekeeping duties and assist with tours as needed.
