Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CMA/L1MA to support Memory Care residents in Missouri. You will administer medications under supervision, assist with daily living activities, and maintain a safe, home-like environment for those living with memory loss.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in Missouri.
• Completion of CMA / L1MA certification with state requirements.
• Maintain active certification in good standing.
• Willingness to complete Med Level One training at the community.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision following Missouri regulations.
• Verify resident identity before administration and document details.
• Monitor responses and report adverse reactions promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Observe and record care, conditions, and intake/output accurately.
• Notify charge staff of changes in resident condition.
• Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required.
• Support coworkers and perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Answer calls, greet visitors, and assist with community tours.
