Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA / Level One) to support memory care residents in Missouri. You will administer medications under supervision and assist with daily living activities in a home-like setting.

Work with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, dignity, and comfort for residents, while following state regulations and pursuing ongoing training at the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medication Aide / Med Level One certification.
• Active certification maintained in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Verify resident identity before administration and document dosage, time, and observations.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report adverse reactions or concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Record and report resident care, conditions, concerns, and intake/output.
• Support coworkers by providing assistance as needed.
