Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) is required.
• Alaska RN License upon hire or Washington RN License upon hire.
• 5 years of memory care planning and execution or care delivery as an RN.
• 3 years of experience in complex program management in a large, matrixed healthcare setting.
• Ph.D. in Nursing or DNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Providence's Anti-Amyloid Review Board.
• Create, update, and disseminate systemwide education and resources.
• Financial tracking and troubleshooting for programs.
• Memory Care Pathway improvements across the system.
• Lead systemwide Memory Clinical Specialty Committee.
