Gorham House is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide for memory care on the day shift. You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, and ensure care plans and MAR/TAR are followed with accuracy.

Responsibilities include vital signs, daily documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff to deliver safe resident care. 32 hours/week, full-time, day shift, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ months experience; Senior Living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification as applicable.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform duties.

Responsabilités

• Safely administer medications per MAR/TAR and guidelines.
• Provide personal care and nursing care including ADLs and vitals.
• Maintain accurate medication records and daily logs.
• Restock and organize med carts; weekly inspections.
• Document and notify supervisor of any concerns.
