Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks a Certified Medication Aide for our Gorham, ME assisted living community. You will administer prescribed medications, assist with daily living activities, and provide compassionate care to residents under supervision.

Weekend and evening availability is required, and compliance with regulations is essential. Responsibilities include medication handling, MAR/TAR documentation, and participating in staff training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ months of experience preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification may be required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medications in the AL department in line with regulations and guidelines.
• Count and sign narcotics with authorized personnel before handling medication keys.
• Order medications and treatments, ensuring supply remains at least 7 days.
