Job summary

Qualifications

• NCIA Board approved Certified Caregiver with training in all 3 levels of care: Supervisory, Personal and Directed.
• Memory Care training Certificate.
• High school education or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the policies and procedures of the facility governing the administering of medications to residents.
• Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications as ordered by the physician.
• Verify resident identity before administering medications and document any errors or reactions.
