Job summary

Sentry Hill at York Harbor in York, ME, is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for Memory Care. The role focuses on safe medication administration per MAR/TAR, personal care, ADLs, and daily charting while supporting memory care residents.

Shifts 2:30 PM–11:00 PM and 10:30 PM–7:00 AM. Requires a Medication Technician certification per state rules; high school diploma and strong English communication; benefits package available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations may be required.
• Proficient in English and able to communicate with supervisors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Provide personal care (ADLs) and general nursing care as needed.
• Record information in daily log and report concerns to supervisor.
• Assist residents, answer calls, and support activities of daily living.
• Weekly/regular cleaning of med carts and proper medication storage.
