Job summary

Addington Place of Brunswick in the United States seeks a Certified Medication Aide for Memory Care (MC) on a 7AM-7PM, full-time schedule. You will safely administer medications per MAR/TAR, provide personal care, support residents with ADLs, and help ensure quality meals and activities within the community.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a current Medication Technician certification per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in senior living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Record daily logs and maintain medical charts within 48 hours as required.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and general nursing care as needed.
• Maintain and restock medication carts and ensure proper storage of meds.
• Assist with dining services and daily activities for residents.
