Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is hiring a Certified Medication Aide - Memory Care (MC) at Sentry Hill at York Harbor in York, ME. This full-time position offers 2:30PM-11:00PM or 10:30PM-7:00AM shifts focusing on safe medication administration, ADLs, and memory care resident care.

You will supervise self-administered medications under LPN/LVN/RN guidance, maintain MARs/TARs, document daily activities, and participate in staff training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ month of related experience, Senior Living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations or as required.
• English language proficiency to perform duties and communicate with team and residents.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) expected.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Provide personal care and nursing support (ADLs, hygiene, grooming, dining).
• Assist with vital signs, temperatures, BP, and weight checks as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and MARs; notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Restock meds, perform cart cleaning, and assist with care planning.
