Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a Certified Residential Medication Aide for memory care on the day shift at Gorham House. You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, monitor residents’ health, and maintain accurate MAR/TAR records under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications per MAR/TAR under supervision.
• Provide personal care and general nursing support (ADLs, vitals, hygiene).
• Document daily activities and nursing notes; maintain medical charts per policy.
• Inspect and restock medication carts; ensure proper storage of meds and supplies.
• Respect regulatory requirements and report discrepancies to supervisor.
