You will engage residents in life enrichment activities, promote independence, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff; requirements include a high school diploma, state caregiver certifications, and CPR.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current state-required caregiver certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Promote independence, privacy, and dignity while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities and provide emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain clean, safe living areas.
• Communicate openly with healthcare professionals, families, and staff.
