Cogir Senior Living is hiring Care Partners to provide compassionate direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and promote safety, privacy, and dignity in a supportive team environment.

Strong communication, teamwork, and a patient, empathetic approach are essential. Requires a High School Diploma and relevant state caregiver training; weekend rotation may be required. Competitive wages and benefits included.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State caregiver training/certification as required.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of caregiving experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety guidelines.
• Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and companionship to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and routine tasks.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
