Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living to promote comfort, safety, and well-being. Work in a team to foster a nurturing environment and support residents’ independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include helping with daily activities, promoting engagement in enrichment programs, and maintaining clear communication with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain resident privacy and dignity.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
