Cogir Senior Living seeks Care Partners to provide compassionate direct care to residents, helping with daily living activities and ensuring comfort, safety and dignity. You will work in a team to deliver a nurturing environment that emphasizes residents' independence and well-being.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), caregiver certification and First Aid/CPR. Weekend rotation may be required, with competitive wages and growth opportunities offered.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and caregiver certification per state requirements.
• Must have or be willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience in caregiving settings preferred; memory care experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) while following safety protocols.
• Promote independence, comfort, safety, and dignity for residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and social engagement.
