Job summary

Discovery Lab in Tulsa, OK is hiring a full-time Member and Volunteer Coordinator to enhance member experiences and volunteer programs. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, retention, and recognition, while coordinating with marketing, education, and exhibits teams.

The position reports to the Director of Development and requires strong communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to meet membership revenue and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• 21st Century process skills: creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, innovation, collaboration, communication.
• Ability to effectively manage and track multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy, and meet stringent deadlines.
• Membership and/or Affinity Group experience.
• Microsoft Suite.
• Salesforce experience, a plus.
• Altru experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds membership tiers and programming to meet Discovery Lab mission and goals.
• Fulfils day-to-day administration of membership program, renewals, and inquiries.
• Plan and execute Members-Only events to drive engagement and retention.
• Coordinate consistency and growth of the volunteer program.
• Maintain and revise volunteer processes and orientation materials.
• Collaborate with Guest Engagement, Education, and Exhibits teams to support operations.
