Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with data entry and customer service.
• Positive role model with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• At least 2 years working in a member/customer service role; YMCA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Upholds Membership Standard Operating Procedures to increase staff knowledge and consistency.
• Develops strategies to motivate employees and achieve goals.
• Oversees budgeting policies and department expenses.
• Coordinates facility rentals, inquiries, and related communications.
• Utilizes Daxko to manage membership accounts, program registrations, rentals and payments.
• Expands branch membership through high-quality member engagement.
• Performs Manager on Duty responsibilities when scheduled; handles emergencies and discipline.
