Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) seeks a Membership Specialist II to deliver legendary service and support ACE Membership growth.

You will review member correspondence, handle calls about memberships and roadside assistance, analyze reports, and update membership systems with accuracy. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are essential. Occasional travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Some college or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review member correspondence and contact members to resolve issues.
• Provide quality support on inbound and outbound calls about membership and roadside assistance.
• Analyze information from multiple sources to determine appropriate processing methods.
• Key in changes into membership systems from various sources.
• Monitor system deliverables for accuracy and integrity and report concerns.
• Meet individual, team and department goals.
• Assist other ACE departments as needed.
