Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Texas is seeking an entry-level Member Specialist to interface with AAA members, handling insurance and membership services with a focus on service quality and cross-selling goals.

This role includes comprehensive training on AAA products, opportunities for pay increases, and a benefits package. It is a team-oriented, branch-based position with standard business hours and weekend closures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
• Ability to travel locally and work overtime as needed.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with AAA members to provide insurance and membership services support.
• Complete training on AAA products and services to interface with members confidently.
• Meet individual and team cross-selling goals.
• Provide exceptional service in-branch and over the phone.
• Support agents and other team members with routine and advanced duties.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Branch hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm; closed weekends/holidays.
