Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Brandywine is hiring a Membership Coordinator to model exceptional customer service and uphold the Y’s core values. You will supervise, train, and coach membership associates, ensuring smooth operations at the Membership Services Center and accurate processing of transactions.

In this role, you will develop weekly staff schedules, assist with hiring and onboarding, and partner with branch teams to communicate offerings, changes, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train staff and volunteers.
• Proficiency with membership software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Membership Services Center and ensure quality service.
• Mentor and train membership staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop staff schedules and manage payroll in HRIS.
• Collaborate with branch departments to share timely information.
• Support branch leadership in tours and member engagement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with YGBW policies and procedures.
