The Gateway Region YMCA in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate to support membership programs and processes. You will greet members, verify guests, and enter data in the HRIS system to maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and prior customer service experience. The role involves assisting with program registrations and contributing to departmental goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people.
• Previous customer service, sales or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers.

Responsabilités

• Partner with management to implement membership policies and systems.
• Enter membership data into HRIS.
• Greet and engage members and verify guests in the system.
• Process HRIS transactions and perform daily close out.
• Recruit participants for member challenges.
• Support attainment of membership department goals.
• Provide feedback on service gaps and member concerns.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues using Listen First.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
