Job summary

Southwest YMCA in Greenfield, WI is seeking a part-time Member Representative to assist members with memberships and program registrations, and deliver excellent service in a welcoming environment.

You will process transactions accurately, share information about programs, and help build member loyalty through personalized communication and support, while adhering to YMCA policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience including cash handling is preferred.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people.
• Self-motivated, with sound decision-making and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Communicate membership and program information via phone, in person, or email.
• Stay up-to-date with membership details, programs, events, and policies.
• Process all memberships and program transactions accurately.
• Provide exceptional member desk service to recruit and engage members.
• Document sales processes and customer information in the CRM.
• Uphold YMCA policies, safety rules, and core values.
