You'll advocate for customer service, assist in recruitment and training of staff, and coordinate information across departments. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills and experience in customer service. Qualificações

• 4-5 years of related experience in administration and/or customer service.
• Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all membership records are maintained properly.
• Advocate for exceptional customer service in the branch.
• Coordinate information between Member Services and other departments.
• Assist with recruitment and retention of members.
• Support member engagement events and promotional activities.
