Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a front desk agent for our Cincinnati-area club. This part-time, in-person position offers flexible shifts and opportunities within a fast-growing fitness company.

You will handle member check-ins, tours, and memberships while maintaining a welcoming, clean environment. Prior customer service is a plus; weekend/evening availability helps meet busy club needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
