Job summary

Crunch Fitness is expanding and seeking an amazing front desk agent for a part-time, in-person role in California. You will welcome members, answer questions, and guide prospects through tours and memberships.

Ideal candidates will be friendly, results-driven, and comfortable selling memberships while maintaining accurate records in our gym systems. Evening and morning shifts are available, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles a plus.
• Ability to generate referrals and enroll members.
• Knowledge of gym memberships and services.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments via referrals, outreach, and demonstrations.
• Give gym tours and enroll prospects into memberships.
• Inform members about services and equipment; answer questions.
• Promote membership services during sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in Crunch Fitness VFP systems.
• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
