Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Warren, MI is seeking an enthusiastic front desk agent to join our growing Michigan market. This part-time role offers engaging member interactions, a pathway to learn and grow with a fast‑growing fitness brand focused on changing lives.

You will greet members, generate inquiries, conduct gym tours, enroll new members, and maintain records in Crunch Fitness systems. Evening shifts are available Mon–Fri 7pm-12:30am and Sat–Sun 4:30pm–9:30pm; in‑person work with employee discount

Responsibilities

• Create a positive environment for members at front desk.
• Generate appointments via referrals, networking, presentations, demonstrations, and calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll members.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment to inform members and answer questions.
• Continuously sell membership services during the sales presentation.
• Maintain records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk-through to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.

• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership

• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.

• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation

• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).

• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
