Job summary

Crunch Fitness, Primetime Fitness LLC in Oakley, CA is seeking a front desk agent to greet members and drive membership growth. This part-time role offers flexible shifts and a friendly, energetic environment.

You will manage check-in, tours, referrals, and memberships, maintain records in the club systems, and ensure a clean, welcoming facility. Evening and morning shifts available, in-person work only.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to inform members and answer questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
