Responsibilities

• Engage guests with CARE sales model and describe fitness and product benefits.
• Tour facilities and register guests through digital kiosk.
• Enroll members per MAP and drive retention.
• Generate leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Set appointments and manage leads via Lead Management System.
• Support member onboarding and consistently hit sales goals.
