Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a compelling sales and service experience to guests and members. The role focuses on member acquisition and retention, using strategic engagement and company tools to present memberships, fitness, and retail products.

You will onboard new members, guide tours of the facility, and consistently meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, service-oriented environment. This is a full-time position requiring flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in fitness or retail environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Comfort with using digital kiosks, POS terminals, and membership systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with CARE sales model and explain member benefits.
• Tour facilities and align offerings to individual fitness goals.
• Enroll members using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• Onboard new members and support retention to drive club profitability.
• Generate leads through community outreach and internal promotions.
