• Drive member acquisition and retention through proactive selling and service.
• Enroll guests, explain membership and fitness offers, and complete MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and support retention activities to drive club profitability.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service Manager to enhance member journey.
