24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving membership sales and fitness services. You will enroll guests, onboard new members, and support retention efforts within our club team.

Responsibilities include lead generation, presenting club offerings, and meeting revenue goals, with an emphasis on customer service and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Understanding of the fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Team player.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers CARE-based sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Tours facilities and describes offerings to match fitness needs.
• Enrols guests using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention to drive profitability.
• Meets or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Generates leads and sets appointments from community outreach and referrals.
• Promotes local and global marketing campaigns to members and leads.
